Q

How do you divide a polynomial?

A
  1. See how many times the degree goes into the first term.
  2. Add this number above the term being divided.
  3. Multiply this same number by the whole polynomial you’re dividing by.
  4. Subtract these terms from the polynomial being divided.
  5. Any left over terms are added to the end.
