Q

What is thermosoftening?

A

Soften when heated and can be re shaped, then heated again and able to shape. The chain of polymers are able to slide past eachother allowing flexibility

Q

What is thermosetting?

A

This is when it doesn’t soften when heated and can’t be reshape do, this is because the polymer chains are joint by Cross links which don’t allow flexibility
