Article 12
Definition of state
“The State”,includes the Govt. & paliament of India and the Govt. & legislature of each of the states and all local and other authorities within the territory of India or under the control of the Govt. of India.
Article 13
Laws inconsistent with or in derogation of the Fundamental Rights.

Article 21 guarantees that no person shall be deprived of his life and personal liberty except according to the procedure established by law.

provides for free and compulsory education to children.
Article 22
Article 22 states that the person shall be informed of the grounds of his arrest; he shall have a legal practitioner of his choice; and he must be produced before the nearest magistrate within 24 hours of his arrest.
Article 23
Article 23 prohibits traffic in human beings and forced labour. However, this does not prohibit the state from imposing compulsory service.
