Neoconservative

Grass roots movement
one which uses the people in a given district as the basis for a political or economic movement.[1] Grassroots movements and organizations utilize collective action from the local level to affect change at the local, regional, national, or international level.
Tea party movement
Calls for reduction of national debt, lower taxes, opposes government sponsored health care, reduced government spending.
Proletariat
workers or working-class people, regarded collectively (often used with reference to Marxism).
Referendum
a general vote by the electorate on a single political question that has been referred to them for a direct decision.
