Globalization
States become less sovereign by economies, cultures and other aspects intermingling
The state
Global recognized governed group of people with an established economy
Empire
One country or center of power controlling other weaker countries by the means of force, threat to force, or some other form of coercion

Sovereignty was established in the new countries of Europe creating the basis of modern European structure

Roman Empire broke up and a bunch of countries were formed

A group of homogenous people sharing cultural similarities

A sense of pride in ones state or nation

A group of homogenous people in a state

Any organizations not affiliated with the government, not to be confused with gongos
Global culture norms
Culture can not be commodified
Ideational
States act in their morals
Material
States make decisions that will benefit them
Cosmopolitanism
The idea that everyone belongs to global community with a shared morality
Self determination
Native groups within a country govern themselves differently
Transnational organizations
A corporation that starts in one country and expands across the borders
Interdependence
States being dependent on other states for goods, one country’s economy effects another countries economy
Neoliberalism
Economics, governments can’t govern how people use their money, people have the right to use their money the way they want
Hegemony
Political economical and or military power of one country over another
Anarchy
Does not believe in any form of government, rule themselves
International v Global
International is different nations governments being involved and global is problems outside states control such as global warming
Humanitarian intervention
Go into a country for good reason
Liberalism
In reference to politics
Realism
International politics is about self interest and power
