What is the application procedure for Service Agents (car preps)?
- Must apply online

What is the application procedure for MT’s?
- Must apply online
- Pass initial phone screen
- 1st interview with talent acquisition
- 2nd interview with branch or area manager
- 3rd interview with regional rental manager
- Must have a 4 year degree
- Cannot be here on a work visa
- No more than 2 driving infractions on a 3 year record, 1 must be falling off within 6 months of hire
What is the attendance & punctuality policy?
- Absences for any reason must be reported to a manager before the employee is scheduled to work
- Employees should always call as soon as possible
- Habitual absences/tardiness is cause for disciplinary action up to and including termination
According to the attendance & punctuality policy, how many unexcused absences are needed before termination?
Unexcused absence of 3+ consecutively scheduled days is considered voluntary resignation
What is the dress code for men?
- Shoes with non slip soles and black socks
- Dress pants with a crease and belt
- Blue or white dress shirt buttoned up with a conservative tie
- Clean shaven, clean cut
- No excessive jewelry
What is the dress code for women?
- Dress shoes, slippers or open-toed shoes with no more than 2 partially exposed toes. Must be close heeled
- No fishnet leggings
- Full business suit everyday
- Dresses must be no more than 2 inches above the knee
- Blouse or shirt under business jacket must be business appropriate
- No excessive jewelry
- Earrings must be in the lower lobe, no more than 2 earrings per lobe
What is the ADA?
- Americans with Disabilities Act
- Our facilities must be readily accessible to individuals with disabilities
- We must provide hand controls and qualified mechanics to install them

What is retaliation?
Punishing another for reporting harassment. Retaliation violates the Equal Opportunity Employer policy
What is a department transfer? What is an employee transfer?
- When an employee transfers to a new department such as daily rental to car sales
- If an employee transfers from group 45 to New York, it would be an employee transfer
What are the eligibility requirements for a departmental transfer?
- Approval from current group officer
- Meet all requirements for new position
- Earned at least “meets requirements” on most recent review
- No disciplinary actions on file for the last 12 months
- Final approval from the new group department
- Complete the 90 day introductory period

- Written approval from company officer of current group
- Meet all requirements of the position
- Earned at least “meets requirements” on most recent review
- No disciplinary actions on file for the last 12 months
- Approval from group the employee is transferring to
- Be in daily rental for a minimum of 6 months
