If a complaint is received the BC or staff officer investigating the complaint and giving resolution shall:
Complete complaint form and any other documentation send it to the AC of operations.
Fill out the master citizen complaint spreadsheet
Create a subfolder in citizen complaint folder and save all pertinent information in that folder

- Confirm with communications that all radio channels are being monitored.

Any area that requires the use of SCBA or in which a firefighter is at risk of becoming lost, trapped, or injured by the environment or structure. This would include entering a structure reported to being on fire, operating in close proximity of the structure during a exterior attack, cause and origin investigation, confined space, trench rescue, etc.
