You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when questioned something which you later rely on in court. Anything you do say may be given in evidence

Misuse of drugs Act
Misuse of drugs act 1971 Section 5. It is an offence for a person to have a controlled drug in his possession, whether lawfully or not, with intent to supply it to another person
Penalties for class A drugs
Up to 7 years, unlimited fine, or both
Penalties for Class B
Up to 5 years in prison, unlimited fine, or both

Up to 2 years in prison, an unlimited fine, or both
