Felony Stop/ High-Risk Stop
(When Code 5 is called, all officers arriving on scene must pull out their weapons on the suspect (some lethal, some non-lethal) until the suspect is cuffed)
Code 5 should be called when the suspect has fled or eluded, has a victim at gunpoint, has a warrant or bolo out for their arrest, or seem to be putting someone else in danger on the scene
