A

Rhyme scheme is a pattern of end rhymes in a poem
A rhyme scheme is noted by assigning a letter of the alphabet
The first letter assigned is “a”
Any word that rhymes with the end word of the first line will also be marked “a”
The next line after the first line that does not rhyme with the first line will be “b”
Any words that have the same rhyming end of lines will get the same letter
