Glamorous
That glamorous love lasts
WS:
RAIN
two days of rain and then a break
in which we walked
WS:
lake
as we skirted the lake, silent and apart,
WS:
Icebergs
icebergs of white feather
WS:
over
and folded, one over the other,
like a par of wings settling after flight.
29:
Twine
I think of thee!
-my thoughts do twine and bud
29:
dearer
who art dearer, better! Rather, instantly
Renew thy presence; as a strong tree should,
NT:
Pond
We stood by the pond that winters day,
And the sun was white, as though chidden of God,
NT:
rove
rove
over
to and fro
NT:
ash
they had fallen from and ash, and were grey.
NT:
eyes

Over tedious riddles of years ago;
TFB:
fay
Her smile went out, and ‘twasnt a woman-
More like a little frightened fay.
TFB:
eyes
‘Not near, not near!’ her eyes beseech
TFB:
chased
We chased her, flying like a hare
TFB:
key
And turned the key upon her, fast.
TFB:
smoke
The blue smoke rises to the low grey sky,
BYWM:
Shoes
Shoes, relics
BYWM:
ballroom
in the ballroom with the thousand eyes, the fizzy, movie tomorrows
The right walk home could bring
BYWM:
sparkle
where you sparkle and waltz
CMG:
Ice
like warm ice.
