B – blood: hemolytic anemia, thrombocytopenia, leukopenia
R – renal abnormalities: proteinuria, casts

I – immunologic: anti-double-stranded DNA, anti-Smith, anti- phospholipid antibodies
N- Neurologic: seizure, psychosis

M- malar rash
D – discoid rash
