- What does success mean to you personally? (question for stakeholders)
- What is the overall company strategy, and how will the success of this project contribute to advancing the overall strategy?

Is it possible to ask questions about determining the success of a project if the project is already running?

Absolutely!
You can make a presentation where you can devote 1 slide to each of the questions and say to the stakeholders: Hey! I made a presentation of the vision of the project. Let’s get together and discuss.

repeat what the stakeholders said so that they hear their vision and, if necessary, add or make adjustments
