Daedelus and Icarus
Due to the cruel king Mino’s anger, the inventive daedelus and his son Icarus was imprisoned
Exposition
Although Daedelus and Icarus was able to escape, they’re still stranded on an island miles away from their home. Daedelus must devise a way to cross the ocean.
Conflict
Using wax and feathers, Daedelus fashions wings for himself and his son. He warns Icarus not to fly too high to sun or too close to ocean. And they both fly
Rising action
In the joy and excitement of flying, Icarus forgets his father’s warning and soars too close to the sun, causing his wings to melt.
Climax
Icarus’s wings fall apart, plummenting to his and drowns in the sea below.
Falling action
Daedelus name the nearest Icaria in the memory of his son. Daedelus grieved for his dead son
