montagues and capulets feuding again. romeo is in love with Rosaline, she rejects. to cure his lovesickness Benvolio convinces him to attend the capulet ball where he falls in love with Juliet. Tybalts hears romeo and becomes furious.

romeo stands beneath juliets balcony, calls out her name and wished he wasnt a montague. they resolve to be married secretly.

after getting married romeo meets tybalt and gets challenged to a duel. tybalt is now his kinsman so romeo refuses. this makes mercutio mad so he fights for him. tybalt kills mercutio. this makes romeo furious and he kills tybalt. the prince exiles romeo.

juliet seeks the friars advice. he gives her a sleeping potion which will cause her toappear dead. on the day she is supposed to marry paris she will be carried to the family vault. by the time she wakes romeowill be there to take her away to mantua.

the friars letter failed to get to romeo so when he hears of juliets death he gets a deadly potion from an apothecary and secretly returns to verona to say goodbye to juliet and die by her side. when she wakes up she realizes what romeo did and kills herself with a dagger.in result of this the families decided to end the feud.
