What is the film’s Logline?
A renowned massage therapist plots to kill an obnoxious client when he begins to enjoy the torture inflicted upon him.
Describe the Production Design?
In terms of production design, Avery’s environment reflects their mental state. The therapy room will have stark white walls, generally appearing very polished and pristine, if a bit cold and sterile.
Outline Act 2?
Douglas arrives, and is the polar opposite of Avery. He’s loud and obnoxious. He reveals that he’s a bus driver, and complains about having to take extra time to accommodate for disabled and elderly passengers. Avery begins hurting Douglas on purpose, applying way too much pressure in certain areas. However, Douglas seems to enjoy this and grunts with pleasure. Douglas departs. LATER THAT EVENING, Avery rests in their sauna, unable to get Douglas out of their mind.
