Pitch breakdown Flashcards
1.1 Greeting
Hey! (Wave to homeowner) Is this the Homeowner Name residence? How are you doing? (Wait for an answer)
1.2 “Who are you?”
Pleasure to meet you, my name Ian Daley and I’m part of the scouting team in town with Trinity Solar and we’ve been working with several of your neighbors.
1.3 “What are you doing here?”
My job is to identify homes that might qualify to have their solar equipment installed with no out-of-pocket cost.
1.4 “What’s in it for you?”
Homes that qualify will get savings in writing on day one. Our company offers guaranteed production and a comprehensive warranty.
2.1 Present incentives
There are state and federal incentives to promote clean energy and allow homeowners to lock in energy rates going forward.
2.2 Presentation Pullback
While everyone pays into this, not everyone qualifies for it.
2.3 Presentation “homeowners that do qualify…”
Homeowners that do qualify can receive a no cost solar installation and have inflation protection on their future electric bills.
2.4 Presentation Pullback #2
Again, your house gets a lot of sun but there’s additional criteria to qualify.
2.5 Presentation Qualifying Question #1
So, how long have you owned your home?
2.6 Presentation Qualifying Question #2
How high does your electric bill get in the summer?
2.7 Presentation Qualifying Question #3
Lastly, is your roof in good condition?
3.1 Close Declaration - “Awesome”
Awesome, my job is just to find a better time for you to get more information and to see if you qualify.
3.2 Close Offer - “We have a solar pro in town…”
We have a solar professional in TOWN that will come out and show you what we can do for you.
3.3 Close - Qualification Caveat into list
Once they determine if your home qualifies, they will explain how the system is at no cost, calculate exactly what rate we can lock you in at and present a 3D model of how the system will look.
3.4 Close - The schedule
We are seeing some of the neighbors today and tomorrow- when are you generally available? Mornings or evenings? (Find closest time—within 48 hours)
