b. Be able to understand the English language
c. hold at least a current 3rd class medical
d. received the required ground and flight training endorsements
e. meet the applicable aeronautical experience requirements.

No person who holds a ppl may act as PIC that is carrying passengers or property for compensation or hire.
A ppl can:
a. Act as PIC in connection with business as long as not carrying prop or passengers or comp or hire.
b.May not pay less than pro rata share.
c. May act as PIC of charity or nonprofit event (Far 91.146)
d. May be reimbursed for aircraft operating expenses that are related to search and rescue
e. may demonstrate for buyer if has more than 200 hours logged flight time
f.May act as PIC in aircraft towing glider
