The visit also shows Elizabeth’s faith. The Bible tells us Elizabeth was overjoyed when she became pregnant, but when her unborn child leaped, and she herself was filled with the Holy Spirit in the presence of Mary and her unborn savior, she didn’t just marvel at this
how did the birth of jesus happen?
Jesus’ parents were called Mary and Joseph, who were engaged at the time of his birth. According to the Bible, the birth of Jesus was a virgin birth by the action of the Holy Spirit.

According to the gospel, Mary and Joseph took the baby Jesus to the Temple in Jerusalem forty days after his birth to complete Mary’s ritual purification after childbirth, and to perform the redemption of the firstborn, in obedience to the Law of Moses
