Males: umbilicus and pizzle on belly, anus and testes at rear
Females: umbilicus on belly, anus and vulva at rear

- Teeth clipping to prevent damage to sow’s teats
- Ear notching for identification
- Iron injection as pigs naturally have low iron levels and can become anaemic
- Tail docking to prevent tail biting
- Castration to prevent boar taint

A
Up to 10kg: 20G and 0.5 inch
10-30kg: 18-20G and 1 inch
30-60kg: 18G and 1 inch
60kg and above: 18G and 1.5 inch
