Diversity
growing up in California I thought I had came from a diverse background. When I moved to Oman and started working with people all around the world I realized I had a lot to learn. We started spending time together, eating together and becoming friends with people from all around the world. We got to learn about each other’s cultures while learning about the local culture.
Diversity has allowed me to easily build rapport with my fellow crew and better understand people from different cultures.

If you were sitting in the terminal in uniform and a passenger was screaming at a Customer Sales and Service agent how would you handle that?
Yes. First I would call/inform others for help. Than I would mediate the situation while backing up my colleague. I would empathize with the pax and help solve the issue until we can get someone else there that can better solve the issue.
What would you do if the FA advised a passenger in the exit wouldn’t comply?
Yes. First I would call/inform others for help. Than I would mediate the situation while backing up my colleague. I would empathize with the pax and help solve the issue until we can get someone else there that can better solve the issue.
How would you handle flying with a captain that had less experience than you?
Main Goal, Team work and safety
My role as a FO is to advise and assist the captain to safely and efficiently operate the a/c I believe we can all learn from each other. If the captain chooses to utilize my exp. than great but I will also promptly bring up any safety issues.
Ex. New Capt from 145 to 170 at republic
New Capt to 170 from ATR
help by passing on knowledge of the a/c
