Q

What is shown here?

A

enlarged ventricles, perhaps indicative of hydrocephalus. If sulci were enlarged too–could be cortical atrophy from alzheimer’s.

If true hydrocephalus (adult) then a shunt would be appropriate treatment. If not, could cause brain collapse & subdural hematoma.
