pvs and qrs complexes are not connected so the ventricles are driven by an idioventricular rhythm, p waves are happening, above complete heart block and below ventricular escape rythym

Ventricular Flutter

flutter if around 250-300
atrial flutter is around 300 also
vflutter is not a perfusing rythm so pt will die

vtac usually proarytnmic from drug or a sick heart they are in full blown cardiac arrest, look for hypokalemia and hypomagnesemia

2 waves from same chamber at same time, electromechanical event
so part of ventricle is depolarized from pvc and part from the his purkinje system
superimpostio is electrical event from diff chamber
