for hamstrings: sit with legs stretched out in front toes pointed. ensure that weights is distributed evenly across both hips. back up straight, keeping the aligned. reach slowly forward with your hands towards your toes, hold for 20 seconds, break in and out lower body further hold this position for 20 seconds and return to sitting.
