35 and above.

No.
Is underweight healthy?
No.
Is normal healthy?
Yes.
Is overweight unhealthy?
Not to much. As long as you don’t have diseases like diabetes, you are fine. But it is next to obese, normal is still better.

The ability to perform physical activity.
