Balance on each leg for the time given while slowly moving your free leg to the front, back and to the side.

Balance a soft object on your head while balancing on each leg for the time given.

Shoulder height arm holds. Hold both arms out to the sides at shoulder height for the length of time given.

Balance on one leg and close your eyes. Make sure you have something safe to grab onto or a clear area around you to prevent injury if you feel like you are going to fall over.
15 seconds for each leg.
Balance on one leg, bend the knee of your free leg and raise it as high as you can then extend the raised leg out in front of you and hold this for the time given. See if you can hold the leg above the height of the seat of a chair.
