What is the cardiovascular system made of?
The blood vessels, the blood and the heart.

The lungs and the airways.

Breath in air through the lungs. Then the oxygen and nutrients are transported around the body.

Place your first and second finger on the artery on the upper side of your arm. Using a stopwatch count the number of pulses in sixty seconds.
How do you find the upper and lower thresholds?
Lower: HR max x 0.6
Upper: HR max x 0.85
