Oblong
Elongated, long, extended, stretched

Thorn, jagged edge- a thin, pointed sharp object. A sharp increase in magnitude or quantity

Sunken eyes- lowered
Tired Eyes sunken on the face

To sink and bulge downward under the pressure

Hump
A lump, hunch, small hill, hillock, swell, bulge- a rounded protuberance, rounded back
A precipice
Abyss, steep, break, gulf, deep
There is no way to break your fall, don’t stay on the edge of precipice
