What is the difference between competitive and recreation sports
Competitive sports are sports where you train harder and play to win. You set goals for yourself to achieve.
Recreation sports are sports you play for fun, exercise and socially.
What is a recreational sport
Sports that are played for fun not professionally
Eg. Dancing , surfing
Identify a variety of benefits of physical activity
Reduces risk of heart disease and diabetes, improves mental health, control weight, strengthens muscle and bone , improves your mood
Define abuse
Abuse is to mistreat someone or something in a verbal or physical way
Define assault
Assault is to physically attack someone
Define power
The ability to have control over others
Outline different types of relationships and abuse
Relationships: Defacto, married, boyfriend/ girlfriend, employee , employer
Abuse: financial, physical, verbal, harrasment , sexual, stalking
Define a non competitive sport
Are more recreational but can be competitive if the person wants to go further with there sport
Outline the qualities of equal and respectful relationships
Trust , respect, valued, accepted, safe, understood
Identify rules and boundaries in equal and respectful relationships and why are they required
Actively listening

Speaking up
These rules are required to help improve relationships and make them stronger
