Define Poise
the calm confidence in which a character acts and behaves.
Define Idiosyncrasies
this is a movement or behavior and mannerism that is specific to a character. A sort of quirk

The difference between heights on stage and it can also show power in a relationship.

This is when two or more movements are synchronized and share the same pace.
