WHAT ARE MIDDLE-DISTANCE RACES
Middle-distance races are races that are longer than sprint races. Examples of middle-distance races are 800m and 1500m races.
WHAT ARE LONG-DISTANCE RACES
Long- distance races include 300m and 500m races.

WHAT IS FOOTBALL
Football is a game. It is a team sport played by 11 players per team. The game is played on a rectangular field. It is one of our major games we have. It is a goal scoring game. It is a recreational sport. It is played by boys and girls men and women.
4 SKILLS IN FOOTBALL
- Dribbling: Dribbling is an art of running with the ball under control. It consists of shot movements made by a player with either one or both feet in moving the ball or getting away from the opponent.
- Shooting: Shooting is kicking the ball hard in a direction.
- Ball Control or Tapping: This is the act of stopping a rolling or bouncing ball or a ball in the air.
- Goal Keeping: This is the act of preventing the ball from getting between the goal poster by the keeper
WHAT IS TABLE TENNIS
Table Tennis is a game played on the table with a table tennis egg and bat. The game can by played by 2 or 4 players.
4 BASIC SKILLS IN TABLE TENNIS
- The Grip: The bat is held with the thumb while the forefinger is placed on the blade.
- Service: To make a service, the ball is placed on the palm of the free hand which must be stationary. Then the ball is released by tossing it up and the bat is used to play to the partner. During the strike, the ball must land on the server’s half of the table and then bounce into the receivers half. The ball shall pass directly over the net
- Fore hand drive: This is the stroke used by a right-handed player. When the ball approaches from the right.
- Backhand drive: The backhand stroke is used when the ball approaches from the left of the right-handed player.
WHAT IS PERSONAL HYGIENE
Hygiene deals with the preservation of health of person’s households and communities. It is also taking care of the human body.
THINGS NEEDED TO HAVE A CLEAN BATH
- Soap
- Sponge
- Water
- Towel
SOME MATERIALS NEEDED FOR TAKING CARE OF OUR BODY
- Mouth- toothpaste, Toothbrush, Chewing stick, Clean water
- Hair- scissors, Clippers, Hair cream, Comb
- The whole body- Sleep, Exercise, Rest, Clean and well fitted clothes
