A
  1. usual hx ECG,
  2. TTE =/- exercise stress
  3. V/Q –< may need chest CT here, pulmonary angio, goags
  4. PFT
  5. HIV, ANA, LFTs
  6. functional test
    7 rHC with vascodilatior challenge
    -order not that important

VQ scan bc CTEPH tends to be distal and diffuse (perfusion aspect will help the most. )

still need CTA to see if can get cteph surgery
