It was prepared by the Philippine Pharmacists Association, Inc. to serve as a guidance for the desired minimum standards of practice for pharmacists in various settings.
Philippine Practice Standards for Pharmacists (PhilPSP)
5 major areas of pharmacy practice in the Philippines:
a) academic pharmacy;
b) regulatory pharmacy;
c) manufacturing pharmacy;
d) community, hospital and institutional pharmacy;
e) public health pharmacy.
Each pharmacist must carry out professional duties with utmost competence and in accordance to legal and ethical standards.
