keeps accurate records, reports, minutes of chapter meetings and maintains chapter communication
What does the Corresponding Secretary do?
files reports to the National Headquarters and maintains inter-chapter communication
What does the Treasurer do?
settles accounts with the National Headquarters and suggests ways to increase the financial stability of the chapter
What does the Parliamentarian do?
sees that Robert’s Rules of Order are followed during chapter meetings
What does the Initiate Advisor do?
serves as a liaison between the chapter and the initiates and provides for the education of initiates and a foundation for becoming active members
What does the Rush Advisor do?
provides for the recruitment of prospective members
What does the Historian do?
creates a scrapbook of pictures and items of interest and organizes the Founder’s Day Celebration
What do Brothers At Large do?
act as a liaison between E-Board and the chapter, handle chapter concerns

represents the chapter at weekly SGA meetings

coordinates all chapter-related public relations, maintains inter-chapter relations and promotes the public image of the chapter to the University and surrounding community
What does the inter-chapter relations committee do?
meets with delegates from other chapters in order to plan Regional Conference
What does the Rush and Initiation committee do?
provides for future dedicated leadership through recruiting and prospective members and through training new members
What does the Historian committee do?
Keep track of the chapter’s events throughout the year through the composite, repots, and scrapbooks
What does the Intramurals Chair do?
is in charge of forming intramural teams
