How to greet an officer when in groups of two or more?
OC in charge will call the group to attention and render the salute and proper greeting. OC will continue to hold the salute until it is either returned, the command of “carry on” is given, or the officer is no longer in view.

Taking Seats
The last OC at the table (if eating) will issue the directive “Take Seats”. All OC’s will sit down. The command “Adjust” will be given; all OC’s will slap their hands on the seat portion of the chair in unison. The directive “Seats” will then be given. Upon this final command the OC’s will adjust the chairs to a position where they are sitting on the front 4-6 inches of the chair.
