A

1) fully registered pharmacist, hold valid PC, currently practicing in Singapore
2) additional qualification: relevant postgraduate qualification recognised by PSAB
3) knowledge in specialised branch of pharmacy: valid cert in existing 7 specialist recognised by PSAB
4) fulfilled other conditions:

  • completed 1 year full time residency training in broad-based pharmacotherapy recognised by PSAB + completed 1 year full time residency in specialty applied for and recognised by PSAB

A

1) pharmacist submit application form
2) PSAB issue certificate of eligibility for specialist registration
3) SPC register applicant in Register of Specialist -> issue specialist certificate in branch of pharmacy and practising certificate (PC)
