324mg PO only if ischemic cardiac hx

1mg IV, q5 mins max of 5mg total (especially effective for pts on BB/CCB patients)
Ipratropium Bromide Adult Dose (2)
- 500mcg Neb, repeat prn max 1500mcg.
- 3-6 sprays (18mcg/spray) MDI, x1 repeat

2mg/kg IV, maintain with Rocuronium or analgesic maintenance
Nitroglycerine Adult Dose (APE)
0.4mg SL (or 0.8mg if BP over 160mmHg systolic), then maintain with 20mcg/kg IV, titrate to effect

- 0.1mg/kg IV/IM (max 5mg) q5-15 mins
- 0.02-0.06mg/kg/h infusion IV

15-30mg IM/IV, q6h max 120mg/day

Hypoglycemia, BB/CCB OD, anaphylaxis refractory to fluids/epinephrine
ASA Contraindications (4)
Hypersensitivity, ongoing bleed, peds with viral symptoms, asthma with hx of ASA causing exacerbation
