Use:
- Inhibit muscarinic receptors of the detrusor muscle of the bladders, which prevents contractions of the bladder and the urge to void
- Overactive bladder
- Pre-anesthetic medication

AE:
- Anticholinergic effects (dry mouth, blurred vision, dry eyes, tachycardia)
- Hallucinations
- Confusion
- Insomnia
- Nervousness
- Pupil dilation
