How do we calculate loading dose?

Loading dose = volume of distribution x plasma concentration
Maintenance dose = cp x cl
How do we calculate oral dose?
(Cl x cp x dose interval) / bioavailability fraction
Dose interval = duration
BF is written as 100% = 1, 90% = 0.9 etc.
How do we calculate how many ml of volatile will produce 22.4 L?
MW / density
How do we calculate the amount of nitrous left in a cylinder?
((Weight of cylinder - tare) / 44) x 22.4
How do we calculate the amount of O2 left in a cylinder?
Volume = ((guage pressure plus atmospheric) x volume of cylinder)) / atmospheric pressure
