What are the CI’s of Ranitidine?
Masks symptoms of gastric cancers
What is the MOA of Rennies (antacids)?
Mg & Ca carbonates = strongly alkaline in solution
What are the ADR’s of Rennies?
Burps as CO2 liberation when acid neutralised by alkali, Diarrhoea
