A

Asthma, anaphylaxis (bronchospasm), hyperkalemia MDI: 4-8 puffs via inh q20min PRN w/ spacer
NEB: 2.5mg/dose (wt <20kg) or 5mg/dose (>20kg) via inh q20min PRN
CONT NEB: 0.5mg/kg/hr via inh (max 20mg/h)

  • <12y: 0.05mg/kg IV/IO initially; then repeated and doubling the dose every 5 min until muscarinic symptoms reverse
  • > 12y: 1mg IV/IO initially; then repeated and doubling the dose every 5 min until muscarinic symptoms reverse
