1.5-2 nausea and vomiting, coarse tremor ataxia and muscle weakness
> 2 nystagmus, dysarthria, reduced conciousness, hyperreflexia, o Liguria and coma
What drugs precipitate lithium toxicity
NSAIDS

Diuretics
What must be checked before starting patient on antipsychotic
Weight, waist circumference, BP and pulse, ECG, HbA1c, cholesterol and lipid profile

Baseline FBC, troponin and CRP
Weekly for 18 weeks, then every weeks until 1 year, then every 4 weeks
