  • Infections –> Must do TB testing prior to therapy!
  • Hepatotoxicity –> increased enzymes (get LFT prior to)
  • Headache/arthralgias/fatigue
  • Rare = EM, SJS, TEN (dermatologic conditions) and malignancies
