Before a night flight with an air taxi service the pilot must have performed
3 takeoffs and landings within the preceding 90 days at night.
No pilot shall exercise the privileges of their rating unless they have
acted as PIC or co-pilot within the preceding 5 years.
CPL privileges do not include
PIC of a two crew aircraft.
For a Category 1 medical an ECG is required at the first medical then every
2 years between 30 and 40 years of age and every year after 40 years of age.
The holder of a licence may exercise the privileges provided not
entered the 30th week of pregnancy.
A pilot has not flown in 3 years. To have a current license
complete a training program or PPC
A pilot has not flown in over 6 years. To have a current licence
complete a flight test review and PSTAR within 12 months preceding the flight.
