A

ADHD increases risk of antisocial PD
Childhood trauma/sexual abuse- increases type B risk/borderline
Insecure attachment type increases risk of borderline PD

Bio management of PD?

A

Bio:

  • Treat comorbid condtions- antidepressants for impulsivity or type C’s
  • Antipsychotics for type A and type B

A

Dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT)- lasts for 12 months
