Need evidence of conduct disorder with onset before 15 yoa.
Need at least 3/7 symptoms.
Antisocial PD Symptoms
1) Repeatedly performing acts that are grounds for arrest
2) Impulsivity
3) Deceitfulness
4) Consistent irresponsibility
5) Aggressiveness resulting in assaults
6) Reckless disregard for safety
7) Lack of remorse
Borderline PD
Pervasive pattern of instability of interpersonal relationships, self-image, affect, and marked impulsivity.
5/9 symptoms.
Borderline PD Symptoms
1) Frantic efforts to avoid abandonment
2) Unstable interpersonal relationships
3) Self-damaging impulsivity in at least 2 areas (not suicidal/NSSI)
4) Parasuicidal or suicidal behavior
5) Identity disturbance
6) Affective instability
7) Chronic emptiness
8) Anger
9) Transient paranoia or dissociation
Histrionic PD
Pervasive pattern of excessive emotionality and attention seeking

Narcissistic PD
Pervasive pattern of grandiosity (in fantasy or behavior), need for admiration, and lack of empathy

Pervasive pattern of social and interpersonal deficits marked by acute discomfort with, and reduced capacity for, close relationships and by cognitive or perceptual distortions or eccentricities

Obsessive Compulsive PD
Pervasive pattern of preoccupation with orderliness, perfectionism, and mental and interpersonal control, at the expense of flexibility, openness, and efficiency

2) Perfectionism interferes with task completion
3) Devoted to work at the expense of friendships
4) Scrupulosity - strict, high moral standards (too high)

6) Reluctant to give up control of tasks
7) Miserly - hard to spend money on self/others
8) Rigidity - need to be right, not change position
