Nature is the aspects of your personality that you are born with and are very hard characteristics to change.
Nurture
Nurture is traits you learn through socialisation, primary and secondary.
Primary learning
The traits you pick up from your family and parents.
Secondary learning
The traits that are picked up through your friends, school and the media for example

What is vicarious learning?
(Observational learning)- occurs when a person is motivated to learn by watching someone else work and be rewarded for it.
Change in environment equals what?
Change in environment = change in behaviour
Do personality’s change ?
Yes, personality’s change within situations. Personality’s also develop with experience and age a younger players decisions tend to be rash and reckless but an older player is calm and focused.
