- charge nurse

Why do I want to be a CRNA?
A
- shadowing them showed me that they do everything I know I love.
- i love being hands on
- i love working with my hands (incubating, lines, etc.)
- I like the OR environment
- I love the challenge of quickly thinking on my feet
- love the “pt as a whole” concept and directing their care.
- like the increased autonomy (and the knowledge that goes with it)
