To measure personal power you need to find out how long it takes you to do a given amount of work.
Find your weight in newtons.
Find height of staircase.(measure average height of a riser x number of risers).
Need to have someone who will time you as you run up the stairs using a stopwatch.
Should be repeated and average used.
