For an exercise of personal jurisdiction to satisfy dude process there must be such minimum contacts with the forum so jurisdiction does not offend traditional notions of fair play and substantial justice.

The contacts with the forum state must result from the defendant’s purposeful availment of the benefits of the forum such that it is foreseeable that the defendant could be sued in the forum.

When the plaintiff’s cause of action arises from or is closely related to the defendant’s contact with the forum, the court has specific personal jurisdiction as long as the exercise of jurisdiction would be fair and reasonable considering the burden on the defendant and witnesses, the state’s interest in giving harmed citizens redress, and the plaintiff’s interest in suing there.
